Pomelo Cafe

This cafe has a cozy vibe and friendly service. While the menu is limited, every dish is thoughtfully crafted, bursting with flavor, and served in generous portions. We tried the spicy beef bowl, salmon bowl and the curry bowl, everything feels fresh and satisfying. The spicy beef was stellar and reasonably priced for the location. The curry was an average though and could have been better. Udon bowl was simple and delicious. It’s clear that quality matters more than quantity here. A perfect spot for a relaxed brunch or coffee catch-up or even on a rainy day. Definitely worth a visit if you love simple, flavorful food!

I stepped into this cafe and found it truly rewarding, amazing coffee, awesome atmosphere and well decorated seatings. Must visit if you are passing by Blackheath.

The egg bacon muffins without bbq sauce were probably the best I've ever had. Very generous amount of bacon and two eggs cooked to perfection. Nice coffee and hot chocolate. Very unexpected find. Keep up the good work!

Nice tidy Cafe. 10/10 There are Artist's artworks are featured hanging on white wall. Low-hung black and white lights are hanging from the ceiling. The tables are nicely spaced and not cluttered and packed in. The staff are polite, friendly and presented well. More smiles would lift the vibe and excitement. Food is presented well. I requested a specific need with my meal. It was well communicated with the chef/cook. Thank you. We all have dietary requests and needs. Thank you for being accommodating. Excellent stop during visit to Blackheath. Situated along main highway. Broad menu with selection of western and asian dishes. Vegetarian options also available. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Five of us has an excellent lunch Great to see Asian, Italian and even burgers available. My burger was one of the very best that I have had in a long time. Our coffee was also very good. Very friendly and welcoming staff as well. Very highly recommended.

I ordered for lunch the Satay Chicken Burger which when served to our table, my friend and I were shocked because the serving size is great which is fair for its price. It was creamy but I just couldn’t finish it off as the serving was too much for me, but not complaining. Their Matcha latte is good but not the best. Love the cute vibe of the cafe. Service is not that great though. We could feel that the lady serving our food was not in the mood. She switched our orders with the other customers twice. Probably not in her best which we can understand.

Avo Fetta hummus was delicious! Great coffee too. Dined on a Sunday morning and despite being somewhat busy. Food and coffee didn’t take too long.
